Port Jervis' Project Discovery is an exciting place with lots of learning going on, and families and fun always included. The local pre-school recently hosted a Trunk or Treat event in which families could dress up and turn their vehicle trunks into a Halloween-themed spectacular place from which to dispense treats among classmates.
